Bobby Mcintire has been in the Machining and Fabrication Industry for over 35 Years. His passion and love for this industry started in 1984 where he was a delivery driver for a Sheet Metal shop. His Hard work and determination had him climbing the ladder rather quickly going from delivering parts, to working on the shop floor, exceeding in most of the inside office jobs, leading in all sales positions he took on, to than an executive level leader as Vice President of one of Houston’s largest contract manufacturing companies. Bobby held this role for the past 10 Years before taking a leap of faith for his dream of owning his own machine shop. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does professionally and personally. Bobby’s dream of owning his own machine shop has come to life after many years of hard work and continuous blessings. He took this extreme leap of faith alongside the love of his life, his wife, Paula Mcintire.
Paula Mcintire has grown up around machine shops. With her parents owning a Machine and Fabrication Shop she had no choice but to develop a love and passion for the industry. With knowing the ins and outs of the business she has excelled at all roles of sales, purchasing, human resource and office management. Bobby and Paula have 3 wonderful children and 3 Amazing grandbabies whom they enjoy spending their time with. If you don’t find them at the shop you can usually find them relaxing by any body of water. With God as BMC’s Foundation nothing is impossible and even though we are promised storms, we are also promised that the foundation of God will be with us through the storms for the years to come.
Enrique Ramirez serves as the BMC Operations Manager. He joined BMC in 2020 to oversee all production related efforts including machining, fabrication and quality control. In the 5 years since joining BMC, he has overseen a 5x increase in annual revenues. In addition to leading day to day manufacturing and quality efforts, Enrique has been actively involved in leading or supporting related functions including operations staffing, selection and implementation of new machinery and materials procurement. For the 13 years prior to joining BMC, he worked in a couple of other businesses with operations similar to those at BMC. His duties included leading and /or serving in the Quality Control function and performing cost reduction initiatives. Prior to starting his business efforts, Enrique was enlisted in the US Marine Corp. Enrique also brings another resource to BMC in that he is certified in AutoCAD which is regularly used at BMC.
Eric Garcia is the BMC Quality Manager and has been part of the BMC leadership group since he joined BMC in 2021. In this role, Eric oversees or performs all QC efforts including inspection of manufactured products, verification that product meets customer specifications, development of supporting documentation as well as coordinating all audits with certifying agencies. BMC is ISO9001:2015 certified. Prior to BMC, Eric worked in businesses similar to BMC. He spent 5 years with a comparably sized machine shop where he started as a lathe operator and progressed to being a QC inspector. Immediately prior to joining BMC, Eric worked for 7 years at a major Houston based machine shop. Eric served as the Quality Lead with supervisory responsibility for 20 inspectors. Eric interacted with company sales personnel and company operations personnel and also had some level of interaction with customers (including Fortune 500 customers). Eric specializes in dimensional inspections which is a critical aspect of the BMC products which is driven by the customers’ end use needs.
Julio Batres is a native Houstonian with over 15 years of sales experience in the industrial and oil field industries. He brings a wealth of knowledge obtained from his experience in cross functional sales roles, delivering excellent customer service, and driving company results. Julio has been married for 23 years and is the proud father of two daughters. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his friends and family in his downtime watching or attending any and all sporting Events/ Games!
BMC has an entire team dedicated to Quality Control who works directly with our in-house machining or fab. Large orders get quality checks in the beginning, middle and end of production.
